modest benefits, but decent; the Yoga classes are not really a benefit to most of the busy employees.
• Very few vacation days • No flexibility • Healthcare not covered @ 100% for employees • Expensive dental • 401k matched at a very low amount
Literally, 5 days of vacation for an entire year for a full-time employee and just 1 day off for Christmas- not kidding. Hope you enjoy working Christmas Eve. PATHETIC FOR A BENEFITS COMPANY!
Very minimal benefits for a company that offers benefits
401K, health, dental, vision, chiropractic and even acupuncture are offered at good rate. Yoga class 3 days a week and a meditation/massage chair room are nice office perks! Discounts on movie tickets, amusement parks, etc are also offered and management has been flexible with work hours to accommodate shifting schedules and life events. I have heard mixed things about vacation time but overall they offer a solid benefits package.
Non-existent. Medical is too expensive for most employees to afford, vision and dental are okay at best. No other benefits are offered. The best perk is on-site yoga and only 5 employees are able to take advantage of it on a regular basis. Vacation time is minimal and has too many rules for using it.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
