The package of Full Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, Health programs, Corporate Perks Site, and more was really a great incentive to stick around.
Cost too much for even employee only. High deductible that MUST be met BEFORE coverage like copays kick in.
premiums very low, company contributes to HSA, but need to pay full price for all procedures until deductible is paid.
401 k 4% match to 100%, 50% to 6%, Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance, High Premium for less deductible
I have nothing negative to say.
Matching 401K and internet access to any benefit website were both positives in their benefit package.
401k match up to 4%. ESPP at 15% discount. 1 day off to volunteer with pay. Health insurance premiums not great but not the first.
Worst thing - not competitive
You get health,dental, and vision. You also get a 401k. Benefits are good and you have options. No complaints there.
