    It’s been a while but I believe it is 6 to 8 weeks paid. Up to 12 per FMLA. Barring any issues which SHoe term disability will cover.

    Best - they have 4 weeks paid leave for men and women in addition to the standard time off for a new mother (so maximum of 12 weeks paid 100% for new mother depending on the situation of the delivery) Worst - there are still other companies out there that do better for new moms and dads. No return to work program such as working part-time for a few months.
