The best thing about benefits is Adva contributes to HSA - enough money to meet deductible which is a great deal.
Great paid time off or vacation benfit, good chunk of company contribution to your HSA savings, 401K plan and etc.
Great PTO benefits, better than average health insurance(HSA plan) and poor 401K match
A little better than average benefits. Overture covered more of the health care costs. ADVA is shifting more of the burden to employees and at the same time the general cost of health care is going up. So a double hit for ex-Overture employees. 401K matching could be better.
Kicks in a huge amount to HSA healthcare plan. Starting Employees get 18 days of PTO already
