The best thing is how payroll is done. Worse thing is that upper Management has no clue about how to assist reps on calls.
401k was the only good benefit about this place. Came out to like 4.5 after their crazy breakdown. This is a brand new company with a lack of HR.
They have general Blue Cross insurance, 401k rowe so if you get your work done you can leave, work at home attendance policy that has been changed, dental, vision options poor attorney plan.
Pretty standard, no chance of actually getting any equity.
The best thing is there was still a time when pension was a benefit. The benefits package and add on options are plenty. The worst is that, like most places, and as all companies say "to stay competitive" benefits have enormously decreased in the past years. If I were hiring in now, I'd think they are nothing special. Ten and more years ago, it was was the reason so many committed to working their entire lives to one company such as this.
Comprehensive coverage; fabulous time program that provides balance.
Unlimited days off, fully vested 401(k) from day 1 - company matches up to 6%. Good insurance options, include vision and dental
They aren't terrible. Unlimited PTO
The best thing of AEP Energy it the amount of time off
best thing is no time off policy
