The coverages and relative costs of health insurance coverage for a family is very competitive and is definitely above average for the companies I have worked for in the past and since.
Excellent 401 match and vacation police. Health insurance getting more and more expensive over the years with high copays and deductibles...
401k & profit sharing (sometimes)
The health insurance has extremely high deductibles for hospital and surgery
Deferred compensation does not vest quickly enough. Benefit earned for work already performed does not get paid out if AES sells your business unit and the buyer does not retain employees.
Excellent benefits package. Health benefits are beyond competitive. 401k match is excellent. Significant number of other benefits (disability (short/long term) are provided and not employee paid.
PTO policy is very generous. Maternity leave is a full 12 weeks at 100% pay.
Good: 5% 401k match, 4% profit sharing is great. Bad:" Energy Star", cost cutting initiative is driving everything from opportunities to training.
Health insurance is far better than my previous job and better than my spouse's. Maternity leave is 12 weeks paid which is good but I believe 6 months should be standard. HSA and 401k match is good, company offers profit sharing. No pension for new employees. Vacation days are okay in US SBU and based on number of years at company. Parking is paid for by company!
Best - consistently good cash bonus Worst - health insurance is just OK
