“Competitive rates and comprehensive plan”
“Good matching opportunity with the employee”
“Two weeks with two personal days. Updates at 5 years to three weeks.”
The benefits at AGCO are fairly standard, though the 401k match is above average. The best benefit by a wide margin is the dental insurance as there's no annual maximum - which is fantastic if you have less-than-perfect teeth.
The 401(k) match is excellent! Health insurance has a high deductible, but the company makes contributions to your HSA, making it more affordable. They offer two plans to help control costs and give you options.
401k match and health benefits are positive
Decent match on 401k, health insurance is a high deductible plan with high premiums, vacation starts out at 2 weeks.
Dental plans are really good
The health insurance is very good, above average from discussions with people at other companies. In my position specifically there has been some available flexibility in my position to make an occasional appointment that was hard to schedule. There are many other optional insurances that I do not take part in but it is nice to have a full offering. The 401k match is 100% for the first 3% and 50% for the next 3% thus capping out at 4.5% if the employee chooses to contribute 6%; it is immediately vested at 100%. I don't have any real complaints about the benefits other than the overall cost of healthcare in general which is industry wide not the cause of an employer.
option for high deductible and reimbursement for healthy activity
If you are bonus eligible (not everyone is) the bonus plan can be very good.
All benefits are pretty general with exception of tuition reimbursement. Paid 100% of in-state tuition costs with 1 year payback.
The company is very generous and overall a wonderful place to work at. Good pay. The best of the best.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
