“Competitive rates and comprehensive plan”
“Good matching opportunity with the employee”
“Two weeks with two personal days. Updates at 5 years to three weeks.”
The health insurance forces you to take a high-deductible plan, but I think that's pretty common nowadays.
Great vacation / sick day allowance. Health benefit is great. Vision benefit is great. Dental benefit is best in the industry. Travel is a great option for those who like it and it is a great opportunity to really learn about the company.
Benefits here are really good. They offer tuition assistance in which they reimburse you for your completed credits based on your grades. They match your 401k up to a certain percentage. Insurance is really good, I had a $4,000 surgery on my back done and only paid a couple hundred out of pocket. They pay half for orthodontic service (braces) up to $2,000.
Standard package of health insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, etc.
Acceptable health insurance, 401k matching, solid dental, vision, unlimited sick days, 2 weeks vacation.
Had to negotiate vacation time up just to get something reasonable. Health plan really stinks
Long term disability took you to 65. The dental was unlimited per year, no caps.
Excellent package and a great company
Completeness, covers almost every circumstance - wellness program, cancer insurance as well as the more standard offerings
Best thing is the medical, dental, vision benefit
