The best thing would be the number of days one has when full time. You get a great amount of days to take off.
Great benefits package in AHRC
The time off is really good.
Great benefits package. Inexpensive health coverage. Employer match for retirement contributions. Dependent care flex spending account. Employee contribution to health care has increased in the last few years but still a great deal.
Although the benefits have changed over the past 5-7 years the agency tries to take care of the staff
If you do not understand any of the benefits package the human resource is gladly available to assist. They offer a lot of sick days and vacation days.
$1 medical, $1 Dental - Can't beat that!
the health insurance sucks. they offer two different kinds, be careful the one you choose.
AHRC has a very generous benefits package, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, etc. The co-pays are very low and the medical and dental plans are $1 a month, they offer some buy-up plans also. .
AHRC is not a bad agency, like all management always has their ups and down. However, we used to receive a lot of holidays and personal time off but the days has decreased. Pay rate could be better but they also provide longevity pay which every 5 years your pay increases.
