Good health insurance options and 401(k) match
Good options for employees in all situations. They seem to work hard to get good prices each year, but costs are rising and some benefits are going away (e.g. ED prescription medications such as Viagra are no longer covered at all).
In this climate of employers cutting benefits, I appreciate that the AICPA still offers a robust package!

The company tries to do the right thing by employees with respect to benefits offered. It is a broad and fair package.
not the best health care package high deductible, only work from home twice a week, if they like you.
They are really great about giving back during the holidays. If the company does well and meets numbers they close from Xmas to new years
Many different options so you can chose what’s best for you and your family.
I like the employer contribution to the 401k and HSA because I like free money. Work from home is also a great perk. Adding a spouse or family to the insurance makes it near prohibitive.
