It depends of the community expenses or paying big money is not good for the organization.
basic health insurance for employees affordable. VSP and dental are VERY reasonably priced. No 401k Safe Harbor: if you're "highly compensated" i.e. Dr, RN, RPh, you'll never be able to "max out" your contributions.
Pretty Standard. 2 weeks off your first couple years plus 5 extra personal days. After 3 years working, you get 3 weeks paid off and 5 personal days.
EXCELLENT. There are different buckets for sick and vacation, so you dont have to worry when you're out sick that you're using up all your paid time off. You get 3 weeks off and after your 3 year anniversary you get 4 weeks off. Plus 9 days of sick per year.
