Best thing about benefits at AIG is the paid time off (PTO). As an employee of 12 years I had 30 days off and because I could never find a way to use them all, I would usually carry over 10 from the previous year so in all, I would start each year at 40 days off and be able to take a two week vacation and then some throughout the year. On the flip side, maternity leave is 10 weeks. Not long enough to get back into the swing of things while achieving a work-life balance
