Standard 401K plan with good company matching.

Could I give it a "0." You get nothing for your first year of work and then get 10% match...but the 10%match isn't vested until 3 years. Average tenure of 95% of the staff is <2 years.

The worst thing is that you only keep your company's matching funds if you stay for 3+ years. If you leave earlier, you still get whatever you contributed.

Seems like the standard 401K plan and employee contribution.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Washington, District of Columbia

Match rate is okay but matching funds are now paid after the year ends, rather than at the end of each month. Lame.

  • Jun 10, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Current Group Account Director in San Francisco, California

Not the greatest rate of match, and only paid once a year.

Pros: Vanguard fund, low cost, good selections Cons: No company match for 3 years
