The 401K and health insurance are really good. The vacation time is also good but it's quite disorganized in tracking it so you're sometimes unsure if you can take the vacation or not.
Health insurance was shoddy. Time off was nil.
time off is very liberal and they work with you on it given the amount of hours one has to put in.
AKQA vacation program is actually quite nice. no unlimited vacations like some other companies, but very competitive.
They have a great benefits plans that really think about their employees.
Benefits were alright. There were solid discounts through wpp network portal, everything from travel to clothes.
They offer every benefit I hoped for plus some.
Health insurance was good for me, 2 weeks vacation with an additional week after two years, 5 sick days and 2 PTO.
Very standard benefits package.
Health and Vacation seemed pretty standard. Company was very work life friendly in allowing remote work (mostly because otherwise people wouldn't tolerate the 80 hour weeks). The 401K matching was said to be after a year but that proved to be inaccurate, they only match after one year and then vest after 3...not many people last 2 years there in the current environment so 401K is non-existant.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
