Health insurance is reasonable for employees. They put $500 into HRA acct. Matching 5% into 401k but it's not put in your acct till first quarter of following year. 1 week vacation after 6 months another week after 1 year. 6 sick days that if they aren't all used either roll over or get paid out for.
Holidays are supposed to be on a volunteer basis, but management will work a select few every time just because they can.
