We have great benefits, unfortunately as time goes on we are no longer closed on all major holidays. Although we are compensated well, originally it was supposed to be voluntary to work on paid holidays.
I would say this package is great it is inexpensive and covers vision, dental, and health.
Best thing is that benefits aren't that expensive. And help employees out.

Great PTO package, instance benefits, 401k, short and long term disability, & accidental death policy. Only bad thing is you have to take vacation in week at a time chunks.
The change in their 401k was way to often. The retirement package literally changed sometimes for the better sometimes for the worse. Every 2 months. You never knew exactly what was going on with your retirement.
Very good overall, maternity leave could be improved.

You have to be fulltime to receive any benefits. Other wise you do not qualify.
