401 k, health, dental, vision, extra $ on sundays
The prices for insurance are decent. 401k is matched up to 5%. Vacation earned is now hours rather than given weeks - hate it. No bonuses anymore.
Benefits are very good compared to what you would pay on your own for ONLY health insurance. For full medical, dental and vision, I pay about $70.00 a month as an individual with no spouse and no dependents.
All of the benefits are great and hard to beat.

Very generous benefits! Paid vacation days, paid sick days, flexible scheduling for vacation days, medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, and 401k matching up to 5% of income.

The deductible is rather high at $1300. Granted you're given a $500 HRA account, but it doesn't seem to go very far these days.
The benefits package is nothing to write home about. Nothing stands out as very good or very bad.
Employees don't get in store discounts.
