For a non-profit the benefits are wonderful. The organization offers competitive salaries. Once you get past the two years of two weeks off (which is tough), the vacation is comparable with other organizations. There is a healthy match for retirement contributions and there are other numerous benefits - from EAP, to legal counsel, to gym reimbursement, etc. The healthcare benefits are fabulous and the organization hasn't raised premiums in a long time (or raised them a small amount).

ALSAC offers great benefits that are competitive and generous at a great cost.
ALSAC offers a good benefits package to all full time employees. I was very satisfied with the health insurance options and 401K plan. Working from home varies by department. One department got one day a week off, while the department that I was in only got a work from home day if you needed it for a special reason. Hopefully in the future they will become even more working from home friendly.
