The hours were pretty flexible but they scheduled you on days you have off as an availability, and the hours there and incredibly long. One time on a school night they made me work from 5pm to 1 am.
not that flexible. mangers expect you to come even if they call you without notice.
Be sure to put the days you can work in early
We were able to volunteer for shifts or give away shifts without a hassle.
The hours are flexible depending on your lifestyle. They know that this isn't your passion, it's a movie theater job. I know some of my coworkers would have a lot of their hours cut because of how unstable the hours were, but if you're a good worker they're less likely to do that.
As few hours as you'd like. I don't see this as a good thing. Need to find someone to replace you if you can't make a shift.
Good hours. Occasional offer for a double shift. I could always say no to a shift, or switch around.
You can swap shifts easily and choose how much you want to work generally. It depends on the manager who schedules shifts.
The hours are flexible since you only get 5-10 per week
really dependent on other employees, but managers in charge of scheduling are accommodating.
