401k: Matches 100% of the first 3% of your pay, and 50% of the next 2%, vested immediately. Also annual bonus to 401k account depending of company performance. On 2017 the additional bonus was 3%, for a total of 7% match in 401k Health: HSA Plans with individual deductibles starting at $1,500 for individual and $3,000 for families. Max out of pocket starting at $3,000 individual and $6,000 families. Company contributions to HSA account of $500 for individuals and $1,000 for families. Time off: 3 weeks vacation, 5 days sick, 3 personal, 2 weeks parental leave.
