401k, Dental, Vision, Health insurance
Well balanced benefits package. Health, dental, vision, fully vested 401k. Plus some other optional coverage such as life insurance, pet insurance, and commuter benefits. They've moved to high deductible plans, but that seems to be pretty standard at large companies these days. Overall pretty decent benefits.
Very solid health benefits with a good 401K
I was hired as freelancer after interning.
3 years straight, still temp and no benefits
Company matched 401, terrible health insurance plan with a high deductible, vacation days and PTO are nothing to write home about
Healthcare is pretty basic, but not excellent coverage. Ten days off a year for the base, thought they have allowed people to take a day to get the COVID vaccine, which is great.
For 401k participants, you need to remember you need to work there for over 5 years to be fully vested. They did not make this very clear and it was a big surprise when thousands of dollars were automatically deducted from my 401k when it hit that 5 year mark (after I was long gone from the company).
The package is good for the most part, but changes over the past couple of years taking away the generous vacation rollover and paying out vacation when you leave the company was very disappointing.
They have a very generous time off policy. Health benefits are great.
