Good Benefits package and good 401K match
Not very familiar with all the benefits here. They do have a health insurance benefit for the interns but I did not take it since I had the one provided by my school.

401k is good (75% match up to 6%), ESPP has two year look back, RSU + cash bonus annually. Two negatives: the health insurance is below average and the RSU vesting is annual.
They pay for experience and proven track record.
relocation package that i had to return for leaving within a year was both the best and worst thing about my benefits package. oh, and you get $5 employee discount off of a $700 raven ridge machine.
AMD just added ESPP for employes. Great for the workers.
Health insurance is pretty good. Worst thing is there's no sabbatical now. Maternity leave is just 6/8 weeks and is not competitive
Definitely underfunded due to its underdog status. Paternity leave is pretty good and health care isn't too bad.
