Medical insurance was good and employee cost wasn't overly high. Bonuses were iffy at best and sometimes would get changed in the middle of the year.

Flexible hours, decent vacation (3-4 weeks), 6% 401k matching, 2 months paternity leave.

The amount of work it requires to earn a health discount is significant

Get to balance work and family life, very friendly co-workers, highly knowledgeable and with really good experience. I would say this is good place to learn and work.

worst thing is if you don't use your vacation you lose it at the end of the year and you can't cash out. The rest of the benefits package is competitive
