Cost savings has increased the employee cost dramatically over the past 5 years. The coverage is pretty good and the employer contribution to HSA is great.
Medical insurance was good and employee cost wasn't overly high. Bonuses were iffy at best and sometimes would get changed in the middle of the year.
Flexible hours, decent vacation (3-4 weeks), 6% 401k matching, 2 months paternity leave.
Affordable healthcare packages are a plus.
