They offer FSA, HSA and a dependent care account as well as a competitive 401k match and tuition reimbursement
Pretty nice collection of benefits in general, with some room for improvements.
No paid sick leave days
Insurance is not great, my monthly payment is almost $200.
Health Insurance is way too expensive
They offer good benefits packages that is very affordable for the length of the contract that is very simple and easy to apply.
Great options to choose from
the per diem housing rate is low for the area.
Overall, the benefits are average. PTO accrual is good and increases every 2.5 years. However, we only have 7 paid holidays out of the year so I often have to take my own PTO.
The major disadvantage about benefits packages is that my chosen Medical package was the most expensive & was effective 1 month after assignment had begun. the package also ended on the last day of my contract assignment.
