Everything was great! They have an amazing Health plan that includes Health, Dental and Vision insurance. A great 401K package with a percentage match. A fantastic vacation package that increase the longer you work there. They also throw generous and fun events and parties for their employees. Free drinks (not food), free daycare (in some offices, not NY where I worked), gym membership discounts, cash kick-backs for living a healthy life, maternity and paternity leave etc.
Time off policy is amazing! After 2 years with the company you get three weeks off and four weeks off after five weeks.

Vacation: 15 days immediately, 20 days after 3 years. I've seen worse. 401K: Match full up to 6%. Health plan: Not many options. You're forced into a low-deductible HMO or a high-deductible PPO, all on a single provider. (Or Kaiser, if you're in an eligible region.)
The employer offered some matching in the 401k. I believe the percentage went down over the three years I worked ather, though.
