Best thing is the fringe benefit for healthcare coverage. Worst thing is the PTO you have to accrue and they do not have any personal compassion on families with children that might have a sick child the first few months you are working so therefore you WON'T get paid.
Benefits???? What benefits?? They don't offer much and if they do it is minimal. Health is well below standard, PTO is below average (and if you take it you are scolded. They should at least offer a mental health benefit because you will need it if you work there! An abusive environment!!!!
What benefits! They give you a couple hundred dollars a month and you pay the rest which, because it is a very small company with quite a bit of turnover there are not many people insured at any given time, this creates a very high premium. And the insurance is below average. These people do not care about employees or even treat them like people.
Insurance beyond expensive. PTO not competitive. Does not allow remote working. Dress code ridiculous.
You get 1 PTO day per month. No sick time. Ask for the handbook for more details..
