Health benefits were very helpful as well as ways to getting leads for childcare if needed. They also provide college tuition resources for students studying in college.
Great perks and benefits once you reach a certain level
The worst part of the benefits package was the cost of health insurance for a family of 4. It was astronomical even when compared to insurance rates with other companies
They offer full medical benefits after the first 30 days and after 6 months you start acrueing paid time off..
While there are employers with worse medical benefit plans, there are certainly many employers with far better plans. For the employee-only premium cost per paycheck, the coverage is significantly less and the deductible/out-of-pocket-maximum significantly higher than other employers of similar size and industry. Plus, some of the terms, conditions, and caveats of the medical plan is significantly more restricting than those plans of comparable employers.
Health and dental insurance. 2 weeks time off after a year.
The health insurance was very good and cheap which was something I wasnt looking forward to paying, but needed in the long run.
I haven't been with this company long enough to qualify for benefits, even though I am eligible after my 90 days is up. I am on my husband's work insurance which is really good so I will have to compare what APAC offers with what his insurance is.
The Benefits Were costly for what was provided. The Coverage Was minimal and you could not afford to insure your family because its was too costly.
do not know never got offered any of the benefit packages. they never sent any information . the was no best thing
