The medical insurance that they offer will not cover most of our medical expenses.
The 401k plan and matching contributions are great. 100% of the first 3% you put in, and then 50% of the next 3% you contribute. They also give you an additional 1-3% of your annual salary into your retirement plan at the end of the year. Dental and Vision plans are just pretty standard. Medical plan is okay but not cheap. its an HSA Plan where it basically pays nothing until you meet your dedcutible, which can be pretty high. They do allow you to earn some of that through healthy living rewards, but even the premium out of your paycheck is pretty high compared to other companies. PTO program is pretty good. Most people start with 17 days off per year.
The best thing is the people working together to accomplish a common goal. Family oriented atmosphere.

Very basic benefit package, few improvements in the past several years, mostly downgrades in benefits.
