The benefits package was very competitive with 401k matching, family PPO health, vision, dental at a very low cost for management.
Cost of the insurance for non-management employees is very high.
Best thing is hat they provided health insurance benefits to qualified employees that had been there for a while.
I would give zero stars if possible. Worst benefits in the industry. Company 401k match is laughable and healthcare premiums are ridiculously high, highest premiums in industry. You can clearly see in every aspect from low commissions to high cost benefits how the sales teams are paying the executives houses and salaries through the embarrassing benefits they offer. No short term disability or paid paternity or maternity leave; actually, you are discouraged from taking the time needed to be with your child and immediately pressured to return to work or else your position will be filled by someone else. And even if you return sooner than expected, your position could still be jeopardized, reassigned or terminated
