AQR offers generous benefits, most notably 100% paid Medical, Dental and Vision coverage. Other unique benefits include: acupuncture, services for new parents, onsite sessions with experts on health and wellness, such as stress reduction and nutrition, and an onsite meditation program.
Very good coverage, free health insurance, free lunch and dinner if works overtime
No separate sick leave resulting in need to preserve a few days of vacation time to cover potential illness. Vacation, however, is pretty generous. Company pays for health, dental and vision insurance. There is a 401k match. Lunch allowance. Dinner allowance if working late. Free snacks, coffee, tea, water and soft drinks.
Health Insurance is paid in full if you opt for the basic plan.
The only negative about the benefits plan is the inability to work remotely.
paid dinner and car service
health insurance, daily breakfast, daily allowance for lunch
free lunch ($10), reasonably many days of PTO with top-notch insurance and 401k matching program. Various classes and activities are held to promote employees' personal growth both inside and outside of the firm
Top notch health insurance coverage and $5k 401k match (3 year vesting). Very accommodating maternal and paternal leave policies for new family additions.
The perks are pretty good, I'd say they're a step below FANG type of companies but above average for finance. A healthy breakfast is served every day, but if you show up after the 9 AM train rush everything will be gone. You get a $10 stipend to order lunch on Seamless, and dinner is paid for if you stay after 8 PM. The health insurance is AMAZING. I was paying $300 out of pocket at my old job for mental health related visits and they are 100% covered by the plan at AQR. You'll be paying at most $40 for a specialist visit and the yearly deductible for other services is low. The lowest amount of vacation days you can get is 20, which seems like a good amount and you're encouraged to use them. This number goes up as your years of service increases. Lastly, the 401(k) seems about average and the vesting schedule isn't great. AQR will match up to $5000 (which is probably 2-5% depending on your salary) each year but none of that gets vested until you complete your third year, meaning there is no gradual build up like other companies. Either you get the 15K vested for staying that long or you don't.
AQR offers very good benefits package - health insurance, 401 k, gym membership reimbursement, free lunch and diner for those working late. Dental plan has room for improvement
