Starting 3 weeks paid vacation can accurate up to 5 weeks with years of service, another 56 hours of PTO. 401k company 3% with an additional 5 % match. Health dental vision and Ife jnsurance.
No 401K, employer only contributes one portion for health, dental, vision (the rest you pay out of pocket)
Overall great benefits with an excellent 401k company match.
Above average health insurance, multiple plan choices includes HSA. Costs go up every year and benefits decrease most years, but this seems to be the norm.
Holidays are bunched up so that there is a week off for Christmas, which is very nice. Vacation rollover year-on-year is limited to three weeks, so you can never accumulate very much. Then, when work is light, you can be encouraged to take the already limited vacation.
Best things are the 401K plan and vacation time and sick days
Good 401k matching if you have been with the company for greater than 12 or 13 years. Health insurance appears to be very reasonable when comparing to others in my professional network.
Benefits are decent compared to other companies, but have steadily decreased in benefit and increased in price over the last 10 years. Some years taking dramatic leaps for the general population of employees in a bad direction while steadily heading in the better direction for the very high up management.
Best thing is retirement matching contribution - 4% free right off the bat, additional 4% matching on 6% employee contribution. 8% free!
HSA account set up, because of OBAMA care not allowing cadillac plans
