Three weeks vacation to start, four weeks after 10 years, five weeks after 20 years. Limited to three weeks rollover from year-to-year. Seven sick days per year, with five days limit rollover from year-to-year.
The vacation is the only weak spot at AREVA. Although weak is relative since it's on par with a lot of companies these days.
AREVA provides the vacation and compensated paid time off for overtime to work for meeting the schedule which are good things for the benefits for the employee.
Most companies I have worked for have provided better packages. I understand that there are others that provide less.
