Best things is the discount which is 10%
I liked my colleagues and the managers. the hours were flexible and I enjoyed the role as it was more sociable than other jobs
the best thing was the paid holidays and the discount for working there but some staff weren’t that friendly .
10 per cent discount. sometimes 20 per cent at certain times of the year. some other benefits online with trade prices to theme parks
sick pay and I was hoping for Sunday premium but they have stopped it and it was disappointing. however they gave staff discount card in 3 months so that was useful
Best thing is the staff discount we get ten percent off for ourselves and one other person but not many more benefits
Double discount days are good,
You have to come in on Bank Holidays is you are in for a shift. They also don't give you extra pay for coming in for those days. The only holidays where ASDA is close is Christmas and Easter. The best benefit would probably be the 10% employee discount.
Yearly bonus its not much but something
the double discount day was good and planned well with the holiday. As well as being able to purchase Walmart stocks at a cheaper price.
