Relatively inexpensive and covers everything from dental to health insurance
Generous time off for long term employees -30 + days of PTO after 10 years.
Benefits cover all the bases. Not particularly generous, but could be worse. No separate sick time; all time off is rolled into "paid time off" which, for a 10+ year employee, comes to 2.5 days per month, plus one floating holiday and one community service day. Working from home is currently allowed in the right circumstances but is being phased out. Medical coverage is either PPO or HDHP; dental, vision, prescription drug plans provided.
Low 401K Match. No salary adjustments for 10 years
Yo wold think with the size of the company, they could find much cheaper insurance .
3 weeks vacation after 5 years, 4 after 10 years. 401k
The over-all benefits were pretty much the same as many other companies. But I think they should offer a matching 401K and or other savings plan to their employees.
They cancel 401K match, the cost of health insurance grow with no income growth. They could do better.
excellent medical benefit coverage; but no 401(k) match from the employer.
No dependent coverage participation for health insurance
