Great 401K package, commuter, ASICS discounts and health care benefits
Great medical, dental and vision package. I like 401k in ASICS Digital as well.
Good health insurance, flexible WFH/remote policy with covid, added perks like reimbursements for health/wellness gear and education
Great Health Insurance and Unlimited PTO
I work at growth-stage company and and am looking to substantially improve my salary in the Feb annual review. I told them $85k during interview, they got me down to $65k+equity+fully paid benefits+WFH+4% 401k match, and honestly, I was stuck in my career after exploring post-grad and a bit desperate to use my degree. Plus I had never negotiated before. The company is expecting a big round of funding in the new year; I have consistently excelled; they gave $10k retention for just 2months...
Im a recent college grad in my first job out of school. Im working a sales job making $50k base, but my territory is healthcare in the west (idaho, alaksa, etc) and most of the companies I reach out to are very small and struggling financially due to covid. As a result, it has been extremely difficult to get any sort of response/traction. It is starting to seem like no matter how many hours i put in, the need isnt there. Do i stick it out because its my first year, or am i setting myself to fail?
Does it make sense to not ever buy a place in the Bay Area and just invest the money in SPY, and keep my RSU, maximize my ESSP and 401k? This is the most effortless approach for me, plus, I do not want to buy a place around 1M but translate to 1 hour of commute to my work. Anything wrong with it? For the record, I do have real estates in Seattle too.
Unlimited vacation, Great health care, free weekly lunches, 6% 401k match and a $300 yearly fitness stipend. Also a great discount on ASICS products.
Flexible schedule / WFH, unlimited vacation time as long as you get your job done
Unlimited vacation, obviously with common sense and responsibility but it was excellent to have in cases of emergency or need
Amazing work/life balance, and some fun perks like Free Hubway memberships.
