    Maternity/paternity leave benefit doesn't exist. Only short term disability required by law. None for dads, 6wks partial pay for moms

    Best: Although the CT law doesn't require to pay the pregnant women partial salary, ASML still do so. That is the part that I appreciate Need to be improved: The time period for Maternity & Paternity Leave is relatively short, only 6 weeks. Under certain situation, can be up to 8 weeks. But compared to some big companies, it is still short.

    I am not sure since I did not use it. People who had baby used to take several weeks off and come back to work.
