“it was ok. I saw a few issues”
“The medical insurance is Expensive and has high deductibles”
“When you start you only get 3 weeks PTO to be used for sick and vacation and personal time, there is no negotiating this benefit”
The medical is expensive and deductibles are high but probably no worse than other company. 401k match is good. PTO is stingy
At times they were not fair with employees
Vacation and Sick Leave are grouped together as part of Paid Time Off (PTO). It accumulates very slowly.
Rich benefits package. Great work life balance.
Decent benefits for a contractor position but could be better. The dental insurance is excellent and health just ok with high deductible so apt of out of pocket spending.
ASRC Federal has the worst employee benefits of any government contractor. ASRC Federal is a "lowest price; technically acceptable" shop. As such, they don't care about the employees that work for them. Management actively seeks ways to drive down the bid cost, and the easiest way is by slashing employee benefits. The bonus plans are designed for a few corporate employees who come up with these unethical cost cutting ideas.
LOVE ASRC-FH, Ive worked here for 5 + years and have no compliants
Good 401k, however, terrible health insurance. There are a lot of additional benefits, but some of them are just fluff and ends up being deducted out of your pay.
Benefits are better than those offered by the government and most other competitors in the DC metro area.
Good 401k options. It takes about at least a month to become eligible for the 401k plan. Decent match.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
