“Match is at 4 percent.”
“Carefirst was offered. Next year will be Cigna”
“10 holidays plus PTO based on how long you've been with the company. Sick and Vacation time is combined into 1 bucket. ”
Benefits are similar to other Federal contractors of similar size.
Company offers professional development resources
The benefits package is average.
Great benefits including medical, 401k match, life insurance, disability insurance and dental and Vision offerings.
The company has been good over the years but recently has been cutting back on benefits and not doing a good job of communicating them. This has led to major loss of benefits and frustrated employees.
Benefits are pretty decent. Several different Medical options to choose from based on need and cost. 401k matching at 4%, Tuition reimbursement, Employer paid life, 9 Fed holidays, 2 floating holidays and 15 days PTO.
4% 401k match, average PTO, good number of holidays paid if you include the floating holidays, the medical insurance is Cigna and quite pricey, not much maternity leave. They pay for continued education (partially once approved.
Benefits were OK but nothing to write home about. The 401k match is 4%. Insurance is through Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield however the higher tier medical plans are very expensive. I had the lower tier plan which was reasonable but the deductibles were very high. The dental insurance was good compared to other plans I have seen.
Health Insurance. 401k 5% and vacation
ASRC has a great benefits package for individuals and families
