Health Insurance is top notch for today's market.
The Health insurance is overall very nice. They offer a few options to chose from and usually both are good selections
There is none, they suck
401 K match is good. The vacation and paid time off package is OK. Health Benefits are good.
Best: Company puts 3% in your 401k whether you do or not. Company matches 25% of first 6% you put in 401k. Health care is reasonable by current standards, PPO through Blue Cross. Offers high deductible plan if your interested, and makes an HSA contribution if you do. Worst. Very high spousal penalty if spouse has health insurance available through their own job and doesn't take it from their employer, increases overall insurance costs for my family.
401k is 4.5%, Medical and dental are good. Vacation and holidays are the worst, only 2 weeks and 10 years until 3 weeks. Holidays get fewer every year.
No Sick time, comes out of Vacation time. Growing Pains is executive excuse
The 401k contribution was average, at 4.5%. The vacation was stingy - at only 2 weeks for the first 10 years. I was able to negotiate a high salary, but did not stay very long because of the horrible management skills of my direct manager.
I was offered contract job, so there wasn't any benefits offered to me.
Good 401K match, health insurance contribution was about average.
