    company match 80% of 6% if I remember correctly. There were many options for investments for either a less expensive company stock plan (fund set up to mimic the company stock price) and quite a few options for different market funds.

    This is the only 401k plan I have ever paid attention to. There is an app that lets you manage your 401k. I do not see any cons or negative things about the 401k
