Not terrible but not great, overall if you are in good health it is sufficient. Benefits for the managers and union differ greatly.

The individual deductible is so high that the insurance is unlikely to kick in unless something huge happens. The medical coverage should be considered catastrophic, not comprehensive.

I don’t know what they have now but when I was there it was a full benefits package and it was co pay with rx vision and everything else that normally comes with good insurance however , they only pay part of it and you pay a
full health insurance benefit provided.
