Good plans you need to hit multiple sales targets to max out
Seems to shrink every year, especially if the company plans to buy out/merge with another company. I would say you average around a 10% bonus unless it happens to be a year where the company didn't dish out huge amounts of money to expand the business and you did really well individually
Commission is not bad but this company is shrinking it more and more

We did get bonsuses but I can not remember now what mine was. I remember it was good.
Very reasonable and paid regularly every year.
based on a percentage of your salary - and you get a percentage of that percentage based on personal performance combined with company performance.
They used to give out stock options for a job well done and all those stock options turned out to be WORTHLESS. The average employee has NO control over the Bonus received.
