Company perks...product discounts as well as discounts that other companies offer as an AT&T employee. They offer subsidized healthcare, vision care and dental car.

No 401K but if you have kids and. Family, the benefits are good compared to other conpanies. After 6 months you get 2 weeks vacation and 1 week of PDOs. Along with paid holidays, religious time and kincare. after 7 or 10 years they give you another week.
