Benefits are pretty good. Health plans are competitive, 401k match is good, vacation is 18 days, but only 6 holidays. They recently improved paternity and maternity coverage.

Benefits were great, company matching 401k and I received a pension (not the best but it adds up) for both my time in the union and in management. Vacation time was great and no problems scheduling it as long as you made sure than not everyone on the team was trying to take the same days as would be common sense anywhere. Employee discounts really added up for wireless, internet, and now TV.

Best: good benefits package. Worst: AT&T refused to accept life partners of 20 years for health care benefits.
