This place is really awful!
Very simple benefits, but good overall
Offers a wide range of competitive benefits.
Our employee satisfaction survey is tied to our performance goals. Meaning, if we rate management badly, we cannot meet 10% of our goals which in turn affects our bonuses and raises. We asked HR but they didn’t do anything about it. Is this normal? Is this legal? If not, what else can we do about it?
Looking for ideas for a slight "career change". I can't stand working bedside/acute care nursing anymore, officially burnt out. Does anyone have any experience with informatics based nursing jobs, or clinical documentation specialist positions? EMR auditing? Remote jobs? Pros/cons? Do you find there are part time positions available? I don't have my masters just my BSN/RB, nor do I plan on going back for my masters, would possibly consider a certification if really necessary.
401k, medical, vision, dental, and 3 weeks PTO
Health care benefit, 401K match
Beginning at 120 hours PTO for therapists, 50% 401k match up to 6%, accrued sick time separate from PTO
Great health benefits for all employees
Fair compensation if you weren't overworked during your hours (and often after hours)
Good PPO network a little on the pricy side.
