    ATI is leading the way with providing Physical Therapy for its patients showing empathy. The Paid time Off is minimal in your first five years but afterward is much better. The Health insurance waiver for which employees are compensated is rare with employers and ATI compensates employees who may be covered by health insurance by a spouse or previous employment. The fundraisers for the ATI Children's Foundation is just amazing and has helped so many children across the United States and locally. From the Bake Sales to the Fun Walks and Metal Walks, the 5k's and all of the special clinic events are unique to other employers. They raise money for the Children and their Families.

    Best things about the package are Medical, vision and dental insurance for all full time employees. Regardless of being salary of hourly.

    The health insurance is great! We have Blue Cross Blue Shield. The company covers a majority of the premium.

    Best thing would be options for healthcare coverage, basic high deductible plan was a 2500 deductible, very affordable, both vision, dental offered along with different health savings accounts. 401k is decent not great. Maternity leave is very good. PTO is accrued, and you increase amount of PTO each year you work for company, sick time accrued as well but is capped at i think 100 hours.
