“Offers small discount on products they sell like sheets, hair straighteners and messagers. ”
Lack therof any benefits for the "contract" employees
Until someone is promoted as an owner there is no benefits package. No insurance offered, no paid time off, no sick time paid. Work holidays but are not compensated with additional pay on those days. Hours are not flexible. Company social events are not paid by the company, if you wish to participate you pay for what you want to do. Example if you go to team night dinner, you pay for your dinner.
The benefits aren't really clear. I was told I'd get my commision on the last paycheck (somewhat anticipating I'll quit in the near future).
There are no benefits with this company.
There is absolutely no benefits provided with the position.
There are none. No 401K, no time off (you actually get scolded for asking for time off) and you have to work just as hard for a bonus as you do any other day, there's no bonus that's just given as a bonus.
The events are located all over Atlanta and the company has a great travel reimbursement in place
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
