401k, health, dental, life insurance
No time off for anythings at all
There are no benefits for part time workers. There is paid holidays, and one week vacation after one year of employment, thats it.
The only benefit was health insurance and the amount paid out of pocket was high.
Promised health insurance and benefits after going to full time. Never received them even though I worked 40+ hrs a week because administration refused to change my employment status to full time from part time. HR refused to address the issue.
The worst thing is the management. He takes credit for everything that's good. You won't get much praise in return. The manager doesn't know how to order food. Always out of items. The management doesn't help the company at all. It's a male dominated place. The manager is VERY racist. He talks about his religion at work. He called a co worker "slow" but in a much harsher manner.
Health, dental and vision are not affordable for a single parent Sick time, holiday and vacation are not guaranteed to be 8 hours a day of pay, it is averaged on your hours.
Insurance is very reasonably priced. Coverage seems to be good. Vacation time is horrible. Work periods are long and unpredictable.
It's a low paying company. It is for a high school teen to get started or a collage student to make a few bucks for books. Pro- time off if you've got kids. Off for all holidays & part summer.
I cannot get benefits as part-time
