Given today's challenges with the horribly rolled out ObamaCare and the sky rocketing costs associated with it, I feel the healthcare program AVI-SPL is in the "Above Average" is services offered.
Health insurance is quite expensive compared to other companies I've came across. Vacation time is decent at 3 work weeks and 7 holidays.

Some employees get more Work from home time than others and creates some hostility between teams or employees.
PTO schedule could be better, health insurance is expensive
401K has 1% match, so if you put aside 10% they match 1%. Not sure what the best is because company seems to skim the minimums. Current employer is equal or better in every category, so nothing from company stands out. Really liked people that worked there, and that counts for something.
Cost is very high if you choose to upgrade.
The medical benefits are very costly and high deductibles. it typically costs about $3600 a year for the benefits plus you are paying a deductible of almost $3000.00 Not everyone incurs $6000 a year in medical.
Good benefits package. The only downside is that it doesn't start immediately.
