every agent and employee can participate in a program called 'SharePlan', which allows you to purchase up to 25% of your annual earnings in the company stock. Which makes the plan excellent is that you only contribute 10%. For example, if you made 100k, you could but 25k in stock for $2,500 with a 5 year holding period. If the stock appreciates, you participate in the profit (on a sliding scale), but if the stock goes down, you receive 100% of your contribution back.
