Everything is good. AXA does a 2.5% contribution based on your income so even if you don't contribute atleast some money will go to your retirement.
The best thing is they just recently upped the 401k match. The worst thing is they did so because they took away an even better benefit.
The packages are great for advisors and the higher your production the more that the company contributes for you.
Great benefits package in terms of 401k, incentives, bonuses, discounts, and health insurance. It's not forced and one must research it but this company has a lot of value adds for and organization in this business.

They have every benefit under the sun. Just last year they extended their maternity leave from 12 weeks with 100% comp to 16 weeks 100% comp. Paternity leave is 4 weeks with 100% comp. Health benefits (such as their PPO plan) is covered 100% by AXA for individual plans, stock options, share plan, unlimited sick days (as long as you don't abuse that privilege), 24 days (or more pending on your contact) of vacation days per year, full reimbursement if you want to get licensed or certified, and the list goes on. There are no negatives regarding AXA's benefits. Its literally the best benefits package I've ever seen - and I came from a government Human Resource Manager position.

the wealth accumulation benefits, they will put money into your 401k without you even making a contribution. Also profit sharing, stock options and all the normal heath benefits
