They're second to none - 100% employer provided individual PPO coverage, 16 weeks of maternity leave, 4 weeks paternity leave, telecommuting is encouraged, tuition reimbursement each year, full payment for earning your designation(s), etc.
Everything is good. AXA does a 2.5% contribution based on your income so even if you don't contribute atleast some money will go to your retirement.
The best thing is they just recently upped the 401k match. The worst thing is they did so because they took away an even better benefit.
The packages are great for advisors and the higher your production the more that the company contributes for you.
