For a retail store they had pretty good benefits. But I think it depends on which store you work at.
Best: choice of different price /coverage selection for individual employee. Good: The employee discount applies to merchandise on sale, too. Worst: Mandatory full physical check up required OR pay a $520 annual surcharge for medical insurance coverage.
Benefit packages are offered to full time employees at a price with large deductibles. Its ok but again... this is also a new thing they are doing this has only been in effect for 2 years
They will give you an annual bonus IF your store is doing well. They come up with reasons to not give you your bonus even if your store is doing well but there's a problem with other things.
Benefits are decent, several options for healthcare and employee discounts are stackable with most ads the store is running, with rare exception.
Average health care coverage, vacation accrual just changed for the better, still need to work on maternity leave.
Hours were terrible, work was disheartening. Employees were a delight to work with however, they made working there a much better experience. Don't go into retail if you can.
Its a very generic plan.
You have to work several months in order to receive it and they normally keep you just below full-time. Once I finally received benefits it was fairly expensive packages. Vision and dental is decent.
As an entry level employee, you are given no benefits or perks. I worked there for over a year and was never given anything.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
