Provide all the basic benefits of another company. There is some flexibility to work from home at times.
Very affordable for an individual plan
There is a 401K match which is for 5% of your contributions. There is a stock option purchase plan that is generous. Medical is good but not great. Maybe it's the insurance companies or maybe it's the options Aaron's selects for us. We need to be offered a cadillac plan in addition to the others. We'd have to pay for it but whatever. However, Aaron's does pay a generous portion of the medical insurance. Also offer free life insurance and then you have the option to buy short and long term disability etc.
Offers satisfactory benefits but the healthcare coverage does not provide sufficient coverage for those with chronic conditions.
Good 401k with match up to 5 percent annual salary. Average health benefits with decent coverage options. Individual contributors get below industry average vacation (10 days) and are not bonus eligible while Sr. Managers and above get 3 weeks or more vacation with bonuses and long term incentives (stock grants). The company is clearly very manager centric with the incentive structure which has led to lots of people moving into management positions that probably should have stayed individual contributors.
Great benefits for what it is
401k health insurance and paid time off
They pay for $10k life insurance policy for you
You pay for something your not allowed to take time off to use. They baby sit you until you enroll and every suggest where to enroll which pressures you to make the wrong choices for yourself.
There was no retirement benefits.
