Insurance was good but expensive. To meet sales bonus you had to pretty much lie cheat and steal, extremely hard to obtain and those who did it regularly were doing the three above.

The Manager didn't understand the vacation process. He couldn't accept to have a vacation time overlapping on the weekend. For example from Wednesday to Tuesday the following week. He wanted the vacation be taken from Monday to Friday.
The best thing is the bonus checks you get every quarter, however, is hours you have to put in to receive the bonus is ridiculous.
Best is that your insurance covers a lot. Worst is that insurance costs a lot.
