The good thing is that they offered every single benefit out there, or at least they help you pay for them. Like health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance. Paid time off, paid vacation every six months.
The out of pocket is higher than average. There is no HR to assist you, and everything is outsourced to the cheapest vendor possible.
Great selection of different options
Work/Life schedule is hard. 2 weeks paid vacation and max 40 hrs sick time per year for a job that requires 55hrs+ a week. All positions need more paid time off!
It is average, nothing horrible, but nothing special. It is your typical run of the mill benefits. I do believe they cover dental and vision, and the deductible isn’t too bad.
The company will match up to 4% which is pretty good on your 401k
401k after a year, health benefits are expensive and have been getting more expensive every year.
