The company has great health benefits 401k and there is a lot of room to move up in the company. They also give free life insurance.
I have nothing negative to say about the benefits package. They offer paid vacation days; year 1 you get 1 week, year 2 you get 2 weeks, and year 5 and over you get 3 weeks paid vacation. I really cant complain about that.
