401 K match - as long as employees puts in ta minimum of 2% Abbott contributes 5%
Compensation and bonus - came in a bad period and the raise was only 3%. No bonus
Great benefits but your position in the US may be eliminated and outsourced to India.
One of the few companies to still offer a pension
The 401K is an excellent tool and the bank managing it has the best service. Short and long term disability is also offered.
In addition to all the usual big company benefits, Abbott genuinely promotes employee health by promoting exercise and activity, even at work.
Only give you the basic benefit package
The benefits are pretty good but you are definitely paying for them. The costs seemed quite high compared to the last company I worked for.
