Great overall benefits package for fundamental things such as medical, dental, vision and 401K. A perk is that they offer a pension and a new program that helps with paying down student loans. They could do better with the discounts for company products. They also aren't current with modern benefits such as telecommuting, summer hours and dress code.

The best is that you have a full benefit, when you get hired as a full time employee, the worst is that you are being pressure for it too much, and I don't like it.
