Maternity leave is 6 weeks for vg birth and 8 weeks for c-section. Additionally, all new parents get 8 weeks leave. So if you have a baby via c-section, you get 16 weeks. These are base pay only. The company prorates bonuses to only pay for weeks you are not on leave, even if all of hour annual goals are achieved. Parent leave can be taken up to one year after the birth.
